Chef der Sipo und SD - Umwandererzentralstelle (UWZ) Posen: Directives and correspondence regarding incoming transports to the Posen-Glowno (Polish: Glowna) transit camp and outgoing deportations to the Generalgouvernement, 1939-1940 There are directives regarding: - Registration of Jewish and Polish deportees arriving at the Posen-Glowno transit camp; - Appointment of Transportfuehrer (transport leaders) and Waggonfuehrer (train car leaders) and their duties; - Separate barracks for those designated for deportation; - Inclusion of 1000 people in each transport. The correspondence deals with: - Deportation of Poles who remained in Glowno to Lodz and the Generalgouvernement; - Closing the camp in Gnesen/Gniezno; - Deportation of 300 Poles from Wreschen/Wrzesnia, Wongrowitsch/Wagrowiec and Jarotschin/Jarocin to the Glowno camp.
