The Gestapo Staatspolizeileitstelle in Hohensalza/Inowroclaw referred the Polizeidirektor to various relevant directives already existing, as well as decrees issued by such authorities as the Reichsstatthalter, the Hoehere SS- und Polizeifuehrer and others.
