German occupation, April 1941; escape to Skopje using a false identity; escape to Prizren, March 1943; escape to Tirana; life being hidden by the Toptani family who were later recognized as Righteous Among the Nations, September 1943; liberation.
Return to Yugoslavia; aliya to Israel, 1948.
