Testimony of Zohar Frida (Horowitz Sternfeld) Shchori, born in Olkusz, Poland, 1925, regarding her experiences in the Olkusz Ghetto, Bedzin, Auschwitz-Birkenau and Bergen-Belsen Hasidic family. Outbreak of the war, 1939; deportation to the Olkusz Ghetto, 1941; transfer to Bedzin Ghetto, 1942; ghetto life including labor in a sewing factory; deportation to Auschwitz, late 1943; life in Birkenau including labor carrying and chiseling rocks and labor gathering potatoes; transfer to Bergen-Belsen; liberation. Bergen-Belsen DP camp life until 1947; move to a DP camp in the Munich area; studies; move to Paris; aliya to Israel, September 1950; absorption.
