Testimony of Nachum Kammerman Kedar, born in Vienna, Austria, 1920, regarding his experiences in Vienna, Roskilde, Halsingborg, Bornholm and other places Family of Polish immigrants; life before the Anschluss; witness attends elementary and high schools; activities in Maccabi Hatzair movement. Anschluss, 1938; arrest of his father; deportation of his father to Dachau; emigration to Denmark with help from the Hechalutz movement; work on farms in Roskilde, Halsingborg and Bornholm; German occupation of Denmark, 1943; escape to Sweden with help from Hechalutz; work on a farm in Simrishamn; end of the war. Studies in Uppsala; aliya to Israel, 1950; work in the Weizmann Institute as an agronomist and researcher.
