The brother of the submitter – Shalom Reinisch – was arrested in the first Aktion in Buczacz with other members of the intelligentsia in August 1941. He smuggled a farewell letter from prison. The detainees were executed on 27 August (murdered on Fedor Hill near Buczacz).
