Drafted into the army; combat in Albania, 1940; return to Saloniki, 1941; life during the German occupation; deportation to the Saloniki Ghetto, 1943; deportation to Auschwitz; camp life including playing in the camp orchestra and labor in Union factories until early 1945; liquidation of the camp and transfer to Mauthausen; transfer to labor in Messerschmidt factories in Gusen; liberation.
Aliya to Eretz Israel and starts a family.
