Annexation to Hungary; expulsion from school, 1941; allocation of food coupons; decrees; German occupation, spring 1944; concentration of the Jews in the local synagogue; deportation to the Dragomiresti Ghetto; transfer to the train station in Bocicoiel; deportation to Auschwitz; camp life and forced labor digging trenches; horse bite injury; rescue by the block elder; forced labor knitting socks for the German Army; transfer to Ravensbrueck; transfer to Manhof; camp life including forced labor in a subterranean ammunitions factory; liquidation of the camp; evacuation of the prisoners under guard; liberation by the Red Army, 04-05 May 1945. Walk on foot to Berlin; typhus; return home; move to Viseul-De-Jos; help from the JDC; meets her future husband; aliya to Israel with help from relatives in Belgium and the Red Cross onboard the "Jerusalem", 1961; reunion with her brother.
