Testimony of Shoshana (Hobosh) Gordon, born in Budapest, 1929, regarding her experiences in Budapest and in hiding Life in Rakospalota from a young age. Swallows poison together with her mother during an "Aktion"; hospitalization in a Jewish hospital in Budapest; escape from the hospital with help from Gyula Haben, a Communist friend, who arranges a hiding place for them in a one-room apartment in Paszto; Gyula Haben declares that they are his relatives and sends his wife and son to live together with them; Gyula Haben saved 17 families and killed a soldier who discovered people hiding in Gyula Haben's house. Knowledge concerning her brother's rescue; aliya to Israel with her mother, 1949.
