Outbreak of the war; attitude toward the Jews; establishment of the Hlinka Guard movement, late 1941; pogroms by local residents under the auspices of the Hlinka Guard, until mid-1942; establishment of a labor camp; establishment of a Jewish public kitchen and work as a chief cook; deportation of women to camps on the first transport of women, February 1942; deportation of young men to Auschwitz, 19 March 1942; deportation of men to Majdanek via Lublin, 20 March 1942; concentration with the Jews in a camp near Sered, 11 April 1942; camp life including the large "Aktion", August 1943; coordination of young people in the camps and they join the partisans, early 1944; German occupation; deportation to Theresienstadt, March 1945; liberation by the Red Army, May 1945. Return to Sered; aliya to Israel, 1950; life in Israel.
