Report submitted by Rudolf Lange, Commander of the SIPO and the SD in Ostland (the headquarters were set up from Einsatzgruppe A) to the Reichskommisioner of Ostland regarding the arrival of transports of Jews from Germany to Ostland, 1941 Lange reported that transports of Jews have been arriving in Minsk as planned, and that of 25 transports that were to be sent to Riga, five were sent to Kaunas.
