Life in a village where 350 Jews lived; his childhood; the start of displays of antisemitism at school; leaves Aurich in 1939 to go to a aliya training farm in Gross Breesen, in lower Silesia in Germany; the way of life at the aliya training farm; move to the training farm in Neuendorf, next to Berlin, April 1941; deportation to Auschwitz, April 1943; transfer to Buna-Monowitz; labor in the IG Farben factories; camp life until the air-raids of 1944; evacuation of the camp and staying in a shack, January 1945; liberation by the Red Army.
Life after the war until aliya to Eretz Israel on the "Af-Al-Pi-Chen" ship, 1947.
