Testimony of Viktor De-Barttoli, born in Sarajevo, 1939, regarding his experiences hiding in Bosnia Childhood in an established family. His family hides in cellars for fear that his father will be drafted to the Italian Army because of his Italian origin; capture of his parents and the witness stays alone in the cellar, 1942; his mother’s escape from a transport to Jasenovac and the witness’ rescue by his mother; hiding with a Christian family; hiding with Moslem families in Visoko until the end of the war.
