Move to Radziechow with the annexation to the Soviet Union; German occupation of Radziechow; "Aktion" against men on Yom Kippur; deportation to the Radziechow Ghetto; hides with her mother in a cowshed pit in the Radziechow area with the help of Polish friends; life in the pit for 17 months; change of hiding place to a hollow in a wall; discovery of the hiding place by Germans; arrest and taken for interrogation in Lwow; tortured by war criminal, Peter Blum; deportation to Janowska camp; camp life; mauling of Jews by a dog under Blum's orders; death march to Plaszow; beaten by the guard, Adolf Kolonko; life in Plaszow camp, Block 9, July 1944; transfer to Auschwitz; rescued twice from being sent to the gas chambers; transfer to Bergen-Belsen; lice, hunger, typhus; liberation by the British Army. Move to Sweden; aliya to Eretz Israel, 1946; absorption.
