Testimony of Braha Bronka Weisen, born in Krakow, 1926, regarding her experiences in the Podgorze Ghetto and Auschwitz, Plaszow and Lichtewerden camps Entry of the Germans, 1939; decrees against Krakow Jews; forced labor cleaning in a workshop; deportation to the Podgorze Ghetto, 1941; life in the ghetto and labor in Optima factory; separation from her family and deportation to Plaszow after the liquidation of the ghetto, 1943; labor in a quarry until 1944; deportation to Auschwitz; transfer to forced labor in a factory in Lichtewerden; liberation by the Red Army, 01 May 1945. Return to Krakow, December 1945; joining the Gordonia movement; stay in the Wuerzburg and Giebelstadt DP camps; aliya to Israel, 1949.
