Entry of the Germans; escape from Grojec; return to Grojec; his father's labor in a salt storeroom; return to Bialobrzegi, 1941; deportation to Radom camp; camp life including forced labor in an ammunitions factory, 1943; transfer to Auschwitz-Birkenau, June 1944; transfer to Wineden camp next to Stuttgart, camp life including forced labor in a quarry; transfer to Bisingen camp; illness; transfer to Bergen-Belsen, February 1945; transfer to another camp; camp life including labor clearing rubble; transfer to Barth camp; camp life including labor in an air force base; evacuation of the camp with a death march, 01 May 1945; liberation by the Red Army at Rostow; drafted to a tank brigade of the Red Army. Move to Poland; reunion with a female relative who survived; aliya to Eretz Israel on the "Kaf Gimel" ship; detention by the British; deportation to Cyprus; aliya to Eretz Israel, 01 January 1947.
