Entry of the Hungarians, 1940; move to Targu-Mures; transfer to a brick factory, March 1944; conversion of the brick factory into a ghetto; deportation to Auschwitz-Birkenau; camp life; transfer to Stutthof, 09 October 1944; transfer to Danzig camp; camp life including forced labor laying a railroad track; death march; liberation by the Red Army, May 1945.
Hospitalization; move to Krakow; return to Romania; marriage, 30 July 1945; move with the First of May youth group via Austria and Italy and travel in the direction of Eretz Israel on the "Lo Tafchidunu" ship; capture and deportation to Cyprus; aliya to Eretz Israel, 02 February 1948; life in Karkur.
