Annexation to Hungary, 1940; decrees; drafted to a labor battalion in the Ukraine; German occupation, March 1944; deportation to Auschwitz-Birkenau camp; camp life; transfer to Swietochlowice camp; camp life including labor in a factory producing anti-aircraft cannons; evacuation of the camp; transfer to Mauthausen. Aliya to Eretz Israel on the "Shabtai Luzinsky" ship, 1947; Irgun activities; enlists in the IDF; combat in Israel's War of Independence; work in the department for the investigation of Nazi War Criminals of the Israeli Police; member of the team that interrogated Adolf Eichmann.
