German occupation, April 1941; expulsion from the school in Nis; yellow badge; assembly of men ages 16-70 to forced labor in a "Beutesammellager" camp in which spoils from the defeated Yugoslavian Army were concentrated; abuse; execution of all the men on Bubanj Mountain; escape of the family from Nis using forged documents; escape to Leskovac; hidden by a Serbian family; move of the family to work in Graz using false identities; liberation.
