Outbreak of the war; her father's labor for the Germans as a tailor until 1942; confiscation of Jewish property; in hiding for three weeks; rescue from the large transport to Treblinka, late 1942; murder of her father and brother by Poles; escape to Miedzyrzec with her mother, Pesach 1943; in hiding; capture after they are informed on; deportation to Majdanek with her mother and sisters; camp life until September 1943; transfer to Auschwitz; hunger; Sonderkommando Uprising, October 1944; death march, 18 January 1945; continuation of the deportation by train to Neustadt-Glewe; the Germans flee, May 1945; liberation by the Red Army.
