Assignment of Jews to various forced labors; appointment of a Judenrat by the Germans; murder of the witness' friends; deportation to Plaszow, 1941; labor paving roads and building railroad tracks; deportation to Slomniki with his parents, 1942; transfer from one camp to another; various labor assignments in construction; abuse by the local Poles; transfer to Skarzysko-Kamienna; labor moving empty bomb casings for refilling; transfer to Rakow camp and labor smelting materials for the production of steel; transfer to Buchenwald; transfer to Dora camp, several months later; subterranean camp life; hunger, beatings, thirst; labor as a porter; labor with Jews, POWs and other inmates; transfer to Bergen-Belsen in an overcrowded train; liberation by the British Army, 15 April 1945.
Travel to an assembly place for Jews near Hamburg coordinated by the Jewish Brigade; learns Hebrew and joins "Kibbutz Buchenwald"; return to the Netherlands via Bergen-Belsen and then travel to Antwerp; move to Marseille, sets sail to Eretz Israel on the "Tel Hai" ship and aliya, 1946.
