Outbreak of the war, 1939; deportation to the Lodz Ghetto; ghetto life including labor loading vegetable crates, in a sewing factory and a straw products factory; illness after the “Sperre”, curfew "Aktion"; labor for the Judenrat; joins the underground; listed on the "Black List"; wanderings among hiding places in the Lodz Ghetto; evades arrest; capture and deportation to Auschwitz, summer 1944; liberation by the partisans.
Life in Germany until 1948; aliya to Israel with her husband and daughter, 1948.
