Hungarian occupation, 1941; draft of young people to labor camps in the Ukraine; general draft to labor camps; German occupation, April 1944; deportation to the Bacsalmas Ghetto; deportation to the Subotica Ghetto, late May 1944; decrees; deportation by train via Budapest to Strasshof, June 1944; forced labor in Baden bei Wien; forced labor in Vienna; receives food from residents of the Burgenland area; transfer to Bischofgasse camp; liberation by the Red Army, 11 April 1945. Return to Subotica, May 1945; aliya to Eretz Israel.
