Move to Bedzin after the deportation of her father towards the East; joins a Gordonia training farm; deportation to Auschwitz, September 1943; unsuccessful escape attempt en route; organization of 10 young female inmates into a sort of commune in which each one helps the other; escapes twice from a group of inmates sent to their deaths; one of her two rescues from death included her turning to the commander of the women's camp in which she was also rewarded with receipt of extra food; help from a female Jewish physician from Czechoslovakia; death march to Neustadt Glewe, January 1945; liberation by the US Army, 02 May 1945.
