Anti-Jewish legislation, from 1944; secret transfer to a relative in Secovce; her parents join her, April 1944; life using a false identity; secret move to Prievidza; life in Prievidza, June-August 1944; unsuccessful Slovak National Uprising, August 1944; move to Banska-Bystrica, September 1944; meeting with Haviva Reik and her comrades; financial help to the group; life in hiding in a bunker, 25 October 1944-15 March 1945; robbery by non-Jewish partisans; joins Jewish Slovakian partisans; contact with Red Army paratroopers; life with the partisans; move via the hills and forests with a guide until the arrival of pro-Soviet Romanian soldiers; liberation. Return to Secovce, 20 March 1945; return to Miskolc, May 1945.
