Deportation to the Brzeziny Ghetto, May 1940; ghetto life; organization of the community to cope with the shortages; hanging of ten Jewish ghetto inmates as punishment for smuggling food; deportation of over 800 children, including her sister, to their extermination in Chelmno, May 1942; deportation to the Lodz Ghetto, 18 May 1942; social activities with young inmates; activities to help hungry ghetto inmates; labor in a ghetto workshop; selection and deportation of weak inmates to extermination, September 1942; liquidation of the Lodz Ghetto and deportation to Auschwitz with her mother, August 1944; separation from her mother during a selection, two weeks later; transfer to Bergen-Belsen; transfer to Salzwedel camp; labor in an ammunitions factory; liberation by the US Army, April 1945.
