His childhood memories of Oss; the entry of the Germans into Holland, May 1940; transfer, together with other Jewish children, from a Catholic high school to the city of Den-Bosch; deportation of the Jews from Oss; his mother's efforts to find a hiding place; the family, about nine Jews, hides in a room in Schack, together with a couple; transfer to a hiding place with a couple of farmers; life there until the liberation; joining a religious group in a training camp in S-Graveland; aliya to Eretz Israel at the start of 1948; living at Kibbutz Ein Hanatziv; his parents join Kibbutz Ein Hanatziv, 1963.
