Testimony of Zwi Hermann Segal, born in Plock, Poland, 1901, regarding his experiences as a public figure in Danzig Revisionist leader; representative of the Hamburg-Seud Amerika firm in Danzig; request submitted to Nazi authorities on behalf of the Jewish immigrants; aliya to Eretz Israel with his family; return back to Danzig after Kristallnacht, at the request of Dr. Kurt Itzig, the head of the community, November 1938; decision of the Danzig Jews to immigrate from Germany; negotiations with Arthur Grieser on recompense for Jewish property; fund raising trip with Dr. Itzig in Europe; help from Heribert Kammer, the police commander, in obtaining exit permits from Germany; aliya of 500 Jews to Eretz Israel led by Aharon Zvi Propes via Germany, Austria and Romania.
