Testimony of Max Tzadok, born in Slesin, Poland, 1919, regarding his experiences in Grossdorf, Kleczew, the Lodz Ghetto, Gevezin and other places German occupation; decrees; concentration of the Jews in Konin and deportation to Grossdorf; forced labor for a local farmer; transfer to Kleczew; desecration of the Jewish cemetery and turning it into a park; deportation to the Lodz Ghetto, 1941; forced labor in a logging trees batallion in Gevezin, from April 1943; transfer to Kaiserwald camp; transfer to Stutthof; transfer to Danzig; transfer to Buchenwald; transfer to Rehmsdorf camp; camp life and forced labor in a refinery; escape from the deportation train; life in Kemnitz; transfer to Frankenberg; meets Jewish soldiers in the US Army in Altenburg, May 1945. Emigration to Belgium and starts a family.
