Documenation of the experiences of the Muchnik family of Bratslav, Ukraine, which was deported to the Pechera camp in 1941–1944, etc. The family: father, Vladimir Muchnik; mother, Genya Mushnik; chidren: Lyuba, Mikhail, and Klara - German occupation of Bratslav; yellow star edict promulgated; establishment of a ghetto in town; labor by men in Tulchin; Jews and belongings rounded up in town square in December 1941; sent to Pechera; life in the Pechera camp; Jews die from hunger and cold; liberation in 1944; Fate of the family of Vladimir Muchnik: father, Grigoriy Muchnik, and mother, Khaya Muchnik, murdered by Germans; sister, Khova Muchnik, together with her baby daughter, Fima, murdered while being taken across the Southern Bug River.
