Documentation from the Serbian military archive (Vojni Arhiv) in Belgrade, Serbia, from 1941-1944 The archival material in the collection covers the administrative, diplomatic, legal and political activities of the Independent State of Croatia (Nezavisna Država Hrvatska - NDH) from 10 April 1941 until the end of World War II. It contains information regarding the history and administrative, legal and military organization of the NDH, and its repressive system against Serbs and Jews in the territories of Kordun, Lika, Banija, Slavonia, Srem, Bosnia, Herzegovina and Dalmatia. The collection includes various documentation created by the armed forces and civil authorities, and some of it refers to the racial legislation against the Jewish community.
