Documentation from the Stadtarchiv Kiel Archive, Germany, from 1934-1945 The documentation was copied for Yad Vashem in 2019; ` Most of the documentation belongs to the II.30 - Nationalsozialistische Herrschaft 1933-1945 Record Group, including files dealing with the takeover of specific Jewish businesses in the city during the Nazi period. In the Record Group there is also a file from 1960 that includes a list of the city's Jews in 1933, which was included at the request of Yad Vashem; Included in the collection: a file from the III.24 - Kultur – Israelitische Gemeinde Record Group; in the file is documentation regarding: legislation, regulations and instructions by the authorities, related to the Jews and the persecution of the Jews; lists of Jewish residents; lists of Jews who owned real estate, to which several of them are included the names of the Aryan purchasers of the real estate.
