Testimony of Bram Wijler, born in 1939 in Rotterdam, Netherlands, about his experiences in hiding in the Netherlands Childhood; family escapes to Deventer in 1940; witness removed by the Dutch resistance at age 1.5; moved among seven hideouts; finds hiding along with seven additional families with the widow Louise Mulder van Marle (subsequently recognized as Righteous amng the Nations); witness told by van Marle that she must leave the home; the campaign for Normandy in 1944; witness reunited with parents; poor adjustment in parents' home; placed in a residence in Amsterdam at age ten; maintains connection with the OPK (an organization that helped Jewish orphans); immigrates to Israel in 1962; rehabilitates and adjusts to life in Israel.
