Information regarding the Jewish community and its institutions in Yambul. The German invasion 1941; anti Jewish legislation; closing of the school; her father's exemptions; her father's deportation to forced labour in agriculture; her father's suicide attempt after coming back home; the burden of survival befalls on her mother ;activity of the Bulgarian partisans; the liberation by the red army September 1944. Zionist organization; aliya to Israel 1948; absorption in the kibbutz Beit Zera.
