Testimony of Avraham Folk, born in Maartensdijk, the Netherlands, 1939, regarding his experiences in hiding with a Dutch Christian family in Hattem Childhood in Maartensdijk; life under the German occupation in 1940; he and his brother hide with a friend of the family, Dutch underground activist Hendrik Van Den Ham, in Nijkerk in 1942; transfer to hiding in Tiel; transfer and hiding with Dr. Hendriks in Oosterbeek; transfer to hiding with Eelke Bakels, a Dutch Christian, in a boathouse in Hattem; liberation by the Allies in 1945; return to his parents in Utrecht; rehabilitation of life after the war; service in the Dutch army in 1963-1965; aliya to Israel in 1966; absorption.
