Excerpts from the television program "Politika" (2000): - Documentary video: Deportations from ghettos to Auschwitz starting in 1942; selections and reception in the camp; the murder of inmates who were unfit for work; trials in Israel of Jewish collaborators, held after the establishment of the state; the trial of Yechezkel Ingster, a kapo who murdered eight prisoners in Graeditz camp; the trial of Hirsch Barenblatt, head of the Jewish police in the Bedzin ghetto; interviews with women who served as kapos at Auschwitz (who were not tried); - discussion regarding the activity of Jacques Van Harten (suspected of collaborating with the Nazis); - Prof. Eleazar Shafrir’s story regarding attempts to have the ownership of a plot of land, bought in 1930 by his father, returned to his family.
