Dachau prisoner tag worn by Imrich-Imre Schiffer from Hungary in Allach, a sub-camp of Dachau

Metal tag bearing the prisoner number 79178 and a red triangle inscribed with "Dachau". The tag belonged to Imrich-Imre Schiffer, who was deported from Csakvar, Hungary, to the Auschwitz concentration camp and from there to Allach, a sub-camp of the Dachau concentration camp. He was liberated by American troops during a transfer of the prisoners to another camp.
