Short pants taken by Mania Grandapel from a clothing pile at Auschwitz-Birkenau when she was sent on a death march. Grandapel, deported from Sonsnowiec ghetto to Auschwitz, took the clothes hoping to meet her sister Fela, who escaped with her child to the Soviet Union before the ghetto was established.
